The people
behind the work.
Every instructor at Endurance Pilates & Yoga is trained to a standard most studios never reach — and mentored personally by Julie Erickson.
Our standard
Teaching at Endurance is not a job. It is a craft — developed through years of study, a minimum of 1,000 hours of apprenticeship, and an ongoing commitment to the classical method. Every instructor here has been trained, observed, and mentored by Julie Erickson personally.
The Endurance standard
Not certified.
Trained.
Most Pilates studios hire instructors who completed a certification program. At Endurance, our teachers undergo a minimum 1,000-hour apprenticeship — observing Julie teach, assisting with clients, and developing the ability to read and respond to individual bodies before they ever lead a session independently.
The difference between a certified instructor and a trained instructor is not a matter of paperwork. It is a matter of what they can see, what they can feel, and what they can do for a body that doesn’t match the textbook. Our instructors have seen every kind of body, in every stage of practice — because they spent hundreds of hours watching before they started teaching.

Julie
Erickson.
Julie is the standard against which every Endurance instructor is measured — because she trained every one of them. With over 30 years of teaching experience and a classical Pilates lineage tracing directly to Joseph Pilates through master teachers Sari Mejia Santo, Daria Mejo Wiggins, Brooke Siler, and Cary Regan, she is among the most credentialed movement educators in New England.
A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE), RRCA running coach, and 25-time marathon finisher, Julie brings the perspective of a lifelong serious athlete to every session. She has trained Jack Eichel, Tuukka Rask, Mason Plumlee, the New York Knicks, Gisele Bündchen, Danielle Braga, Broadway and Cirque du Soleil performers — and Boston Marathon bombing survivors, entirely pro bono.
Private sessions with Julie are available by appointment. She teaches every session personally — no substitutions, no assistants.

Principal Pilates Instructor
Giordana Gallo
Originally from Italy, Giordana brings one of the most exceptional movement backgrounds on the team. She trained at the La Scala Academy in Milan and graduated from the Royal Ballet School of London — two of the most demanding classical dance institutions in the world. She went on to perform professionally with the Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen for seven years, dancing in theaters across the world.
Pilates was part of Giordana’s training and injury prevention practice throughout her dance career — which means she came to the method not as a fitness alternative, but as a serious performance tool. Her understanding of how a highly trained body moves, compensates, and recovers is built into how she teaches. She brings extraordinary precision, patience, and body intelligence to every session.

Principal Pilates Instructor
Morgyne Weaver
Morgyne came to Pilates the way many of the best movement educators do — through her own body’s need for it. A competitive basketball player, she discovered the practice during injury rehabilitation and experienced firsthand what intelligent, systematic movement can do for an athlete who has pushed hard.
That athletic background gives Morgyne a clear-eyed, no-nonsense approach to teaching. She understands load, compensation, and the difference between discomfort that builds and damage that breaks — because she has navigated it herself. She works with clients at every level, from complete beginners to serious athletes, with the same focused, precise instruction that defines the Endurance standard.

Principal Pilates Instructor
Tiffany Fallin
Tiffany’s teaching is grounded in the classical Pilates method and informed by a clear, accessible approach to movement education. Certified through Balanced Body and Pilates Academy International, she focuses on building genuine strength through proper mechanics, control, and thoughtful progression.
What defines Tiffany’s sessions is her commitment to making sure each client truly understands what they are doing and why — creating the kind of body awareness that translates beyond the studio into how people move through their daily lives. She works effectively with clients at all levels and brings a supportive, grounded presence to every session.

Pilates Instructor
Jade McElroy
Jade is comprehensively trained in Mat and Reformer through Balanced Body, with a teaching philosophy centered on layered, sustainable progression. She views each session as an opportunity to help clients build a genuine relationship with their own body — developing strength and flexibility in a way that feels intuitive rather than imposed.
Her approach emphasizes presence and body awareness — creating the space for clients to reconnect with how they move and to develop the confidence that comes from understanding the work from the inside out. Jade is particularly effective with clients who are new to Pilates or returning after time away.

Pilates Teacher Training
Interested in
teaching Pilates?
Endurance Pilates & Yoga offers a rigorous classical Pilates teacher training program — grounded in the original method, built on 1,000+ hours of real apprenticeship, and mentored personally by Julie Erickson. This is not a weekend certification. It is a genuine education in what classical Pilates demands of a teacher.
We are selective. The Endurance standard is high because the work demands it. If you are serious about becoming a classical Pilates instructor — not just certified, but actually trained — we want to hear from you.
