Pilates Basic will focus on proper movement form with extreme attention to technique utilizing the Authentic Classical system to teach basic Pilates concepts. Be ready to SWEAT, think, be corrected and WORK. We give the basic exercises an “endurance” spin to challenge experienced students and welcome new students to the Endurance Pilates practice.
Learn basic pre-Pilates and Pilates exercises using the reformer apparatus. This class helps you understand proper form, muscles engagement, and flow. We teach the basic reformer exercises in a challenging, safe and unique manner. Open to all levels.
Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with tower equipment which include arm springs, leg springs, roll down bar & push through bar for a deeper understanding of Pilates and a more effective workout in the studio, outside of the studio, not to mention a pleasing Pilates body physique!
We will start off with a Classical reformer workout on our Gratz equipment followed by select exercises on the tower. Focus will be on legs, butt and abs!
