Why Private Sessions?

      Imagine, you are at your favorite ice cream store- anticipating so many different options! And, it has been years since you have been able to indulge in your beloved flavor, whether it be chocolate, butter pecan, cookie dough, or whatever makes your mouth water! The shop is full. So many people surround you- kids, grandparents, teenagers, even pets! Each one with different tastes, preferences, and ice cream dreams. You look for the sign with lists and lists of so many flavors, but, huh- wait, where is it?, No. The only flavor available is vanilla. The only size, medium. So, instead of your dream scoop, you do get to indulge in a sweet, cold, and wonderful vanilla treat which is yummy, but not the bubble gum/fudge ripple/banana split/frappe you had been dreaming of? Still fun, just a little different from the delight and joy that you were expecting. A little bit generic.

     Now, think of that same experience in the fitness realm. You walk into a studio packed with equipment, exercisers in all shapes and sizes. You all get on the same machine and start moving- getting a great workout, but, there just seems to be something missing. Are you a new mom focused on getting your abs back in shape? Injured runner? 12 year old gymnast? Retired golfer? Everyone has different physical needs, learning styles, and personality preferences. This is why we recommend that you learn Pilates in a one on one session!
