Morgyne’s basketball background brings a unique athleticism and discipline to her Pilates practice. After experiencing the transformative benefits of Pilates in rehabilitating her own sports injuries, she decided to pursue certification as an instructor.
Now she combines her knowledge of biomechanics and body awareness with her love of teaching to help clients of all levels discover strength, flexibility, and balance of the body and mind. Originally from Italy, Giordana is a former professional ballet dancer with an impressive background. She began her journey at the prestigious La Scala Academy in Milan and graduated from the Royal Ballet School of London. Throughout her career, she had the honor of performing in theaters worldwide and spent seven unforgettable years with the Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen.

Proud of her contributions to adaptive fitness, Julie dedicates much of her time to working with individuals facing unique challenges, including surviving victims of the Boston Marathon bombing, amputees, and athletes with disabilities. This work is all pro bono, underscoring her commitment to giving back to the community and inspiring others in the fitness field to do the same. She uses her expertise to support students with conditions like Parkinson’s disease, brain injuries, and other chronic ailments, celebrating each success and improvement along the way.
An avid runner and endurance athlete, Julie has completed 25 marathons and many other races, including the grueling 2018 Boston Marathon, where she showcased her resilience despite challenging weather conditions. Each year, she logs over 2,000 training and racing miles, all while mentoring new instructors and raising a child.

Julia is a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor, certified through Real Pilates New York. With a deep dedication to the classical method, she has further honed her expertise by completing the Mejo Wiggin Classical Syllabus, Carrie Russo’s Mentorship Program and Pilates Lab. Her teaching is profoundly influenced by some of the most respected names in the industry, including Sonje Mayo, Clare Dunphy Hemani, Shari Berkowitz, Cynthia Shipley, and Victoria Torrie-Capan. She continues to study under these mentors weekly, constantly refining her practice and teaching.
Her movement background is equally impressive. Julia trained at the School for Creative and Performing Arts and later earned her BFA from the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) in Cincinnati. Alongside her dance studies, she completed all prerequisite coursework for Physical Therapy graduate studies. She is also trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, achieving grades III-V with distinction.
As a professional dancer, Julia performed with Dayton Ballet, Albany Berkshire Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, Ballet Quad Cities, and Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre. She remains on faculty at Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre, where she teaches ballet to both children and adults. Julia is also dedicated to supporting women through every stage of motherhood. With over 11 years of weight training experience and a 5th-place finish in New England’s largest bodybuilding competition, she initially turned to Pilates as a way to enhance recovery, mobility, and performance. What started as a complement to strength training quickly became a passion in its own right.
Now with over 7 years of Pilates practice, Emily combines her deep understanding of body mechanics with a strong commitment to helping others feel stronger, more supported, and better connected to their bodies. Her teaching emphasizes not only strength and performance, but also longevity and injury prevention—ensuring clients can move well now and for years to come.
