🌿 ENDURANCE PILATES TEACHER TRAINING
A Work-Study Apprenticeship in Classical & Contemporary Pilates
Boston | Spring 2026 Cohort
This is not a weekend certification.
This is an apprenticeship.
The Endurance Pilates Teacher Training is a comprehensive, mentorship-based program rooted in Classical Pilates lineage and informed by contemporary biomechanics, nervous-system literacy, and real-world studio experience.
Designed for serious students of movement, this program prepares you not only to teach exercises — but to understand bodies.
Why Train at Endurance?
Endurance Pilates & Yoga was founded by Julie Erickson, a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor, Master Trainer, and Boston Magazine “Best of Boston” Personal Trainer.
Julie’s training lineage traces through authentic Classical teachers, while her background also includes contemporary Pilates education, yoga, personal training, rehabilitation-informed movement, and an MBA in business strategy.
Few instructors study both systems deeply.
Even fewer teach them with integrity.
This program bridges:
-
Classical structure and apparatus literacy
-
Contemporary movement science
-
Intelligent programming for athletes and general population
-
Nervous-system-informed cueing
-
Professional studio ethics
-
Business foundations for long-term success

Pilates is a system.
The apparatus teach the body.

• Reformer

The Apprenticeship Model
Unlike large certification programs such as
Balanced Body
Power Pilates
Club Pilates
this is an intimate cohort model.
Cohort size: 6–8 trainees maximum.
You will be mentored directly.
You will be seen.
You will be corrected.
You will grow.
Work-Study Option
A limited number of trainees may participate in a structured work-study exchange.
Work-study may include:
• Front desk support
• Studio upkeep
• Assisting classes
• Event support
• Community engagement
This option allows reduced tuition in exchange for meaningful contribution to the studio.
This is not “free labor.”
It is participation in a professional environment.
